Co-ordinated and Project Managed productivity improvement,which resulted in winning the NATIONAL GOLD AWARD forPRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT. NMC has been the first building construction company to achieve this over four years.

Conceived and Project Managed the development of this section 21 (Non-Profit) company which was launched in 1999, together with the Western Cape Education Department and the Amy Biehl Foundation.
The Foundation of the Programme is providing academic support to Grade 11 and 12 learners from a traditionally disadvantaged background.
