PROFILE OF BLDR CHUCKS OMEIFE

Bldr. Omeife is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and a registered Builder with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON). He is also a Certified Project Manager being a member of Project Management Institute (USA) and a Founding Member – Chartered Project Management Institute of Nigeria (CPMIN). He is a graduate of Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech), Ogun State University (OSU), University of Lagos (UNILAG) and Cambridge University, where he studied Building, Public Administration, Project Management and Information Technology (IT).

He is the Managing Director/CEO of Build Consult Ltd., a firm that specializes in Design, Construction and Engineering Services and also, the Managing Partner - Integrated project Management Consult (IPMC), a firm of Project Managers and Building Consultants involved in Project Management, Procurement & Syndication services.

Being an active player in the Nigerian Construction Industry, he has managed and delivered different outstanding and high profile projects both as Constructor and a Consultant. This includes Residential Estates Designs and Construction and in some cases project management in Lagos, Abuja, and Port-Harcourt. He was actively involved in the last Nigerian Banking Industry branches expansion programme. He has been serving as Industry based External examiner to many tertiary Institutions in Nigeria offering Building as a Course as well as serving as member on government technical Committees on housing and construction related issues. Bldr. Omeife is the current President of the NIOB.
